EXPORT PROCESS

Booking & Reservation

Once your vehicle is secured via auction or stock, we immediately book the earliest available vessel. We offer both Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) and Container shipping options.

Deregistration & Documentation

We handle all official Japanese paperwork, including the Export Certificate (Yushutsu Masho), ensuring the vehicle is legally cleared for departure.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

If your country requires specific inspections (such as JEVIC, EAA, QISJ, or Bureau Veritas), we arrange and oversee the process to ensure 100% compliance.

Secure Loading

For machinery and parts, we provide professional "vanning" (container loading). For vehicles, we ensure they are safely staged at the port for Ro-Ro loading.

Final Dispatch

Once the ship sails, we send your original Bill of Lading (B/L) and all necessary documents via secure DHL/FedEx courier so you can clear customs easily.
